Watch the sun set at the Green Cathedral at Tiona. You can play lawn bowls at Smiths Lake and there's a nine-hole golf course at Celito, less than ten minutes drive from Sandpiper.

It is only minutes from Smiths Lake to the wonderful Pacific Palms ocean beaches of Blueys, Boomerang and Elizabeth, as well as Shelly Beach, a favourite for the naturalists.

The Pacific Palms area is renowned for its bird-life and at Sandpiper on Smiths Lake you will see many species including pelicans and sandpipers.
